Best Time to Visit Kumbhalgarh

Kumbhalgarh experiences a hot and dry climate during summers hence travelling is quite tiresome during this time. Winter Season (October - March):
Usually the city witness the minimum temperature of below 10°C and the maximum temperature hovers around 30°C. Most of the travelers prefer to visit the region during these months. A large number of tourists prefer visiting the city during this season to spend some quality time. It is the best time to explore the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary. Spotting animals and bird watching are the primary activities enjoyed vastly by tourists. Summer Season (April - June):
Summers of Kumbhalgarh are extremely hot and exhausting. The temperature ranges from 32°C to 45°C in the months of April to June. Light cotton clothing is recommended. Although outdoor activities are paralyzed, you can take part in the indoor activities organized by various hotels and resorts during these months. Late summer months are excruciating with scorching heat which continues until June.

Monsoon Season (July - September):
Kumbhalgarh receives moderate to heavy rainfall. During monsoons, the place looks much more magnificent with calming and refreshing weather. But don’t forget to carry your rain gear, Most of the 730 mm of annual rainfall in the city fall between July and September.
