Char Dham Yatra From Chennai

Duration: – 11 Days / 10 Nights
Destination Covered: – Chennai - Delhi - Haridwar - Barkot - Yamunotri - Uttarkashi - Kedarnath - Guptkashi - Badrinath - Delhi.

Day 1: Chennai to Delhi - Haridwar
On Arrival pickup at Railway Station at Delhi and Start a Journey for Chardham Yatra our first stay at Haridwar. On arrival check-in Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Haridwar to Syanachatti / Barkot (N.S)
On Arrival pickup at Railway Station at Haridwar and Start a Journey for Chardham Yatra our first stay at Barkot. On arrival check-in Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Saynachati / Barkot to Yamunotri and back Saynachati (N.S)
Early morning pickup your bags. Here we start a journey to Jankichatti which is 42 km away from Barkot. Here we start a short distance trek from Janki Chatti to Yamunotri. You can reach here either by walk or by horse at your own cost. Jamunabai kund is famous here in Yamunotri. Here you can take a bath. Then we will do darshan of Temple. Here a specialty of this kund is that here the water is so hot so you can also cook rice. Pack the rice in a cloth and dip it into the water (hot kund). This cooked rice is known as "Prasad". Then we will proceed to Barkot after returning from Jankichatti. After exhausted journey pilgrims can relax in their hotel.

Day 4: Saynachati / Barkot to Uttarkashi (N.S)
On this day we will visit Pandkeshwar Mahadev temple and the famous Kashi Vishwnath temple, here. After the darshan we will provide you hotel for night stay.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back Uttarkashi (N.S)
Today is the journey starts from the uttarkashi to Gangotri. Before the sunset we back to Uttarkashi. Here in gangotri take a dip in the sacred river Ganga. After bathing in Ganga river we will proceed for the pooja darshan in the temple. After completing the above we will return back to the Uttarkashi. Overnight staying facility is there.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi / Sitapur(N.S)
Later breakfast we will ready for visiting Guptkashi via Tehri Dam. The famous kashi vishwnath temple is situated in Guptkashi. After visiting the temple we return back to our hotel and stay there in the night.

Day 7: Guptkashi / Sitapur to Kedarnath (N.S)
Today’s destination is Kedarnath. The famous destination of the uttrakhand. In morning we reach to Gourikund via road. Here a 18 kms Trek to Kedarnath. You can go here either by walk or by horse at your own cost. After arriving at Kedarnath, we here take some refreshment will go the hotel. Here you can also visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take a part in evening Aarti.

Day 8: Kedarnath to Gaurikund and Start for Guptkashi (N.S)
From Kedarnath to Gaurikund, Guptkashi it is 18 Kms Down Trek & 35 Kms in 3 hrs by Road. Early morning visit for temple darshan, after darshan we will back to Hotel. Later breakfast trek down to Gaurikund. Then have drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay there at the hotel.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (N.S)
On this day we will reach to Badrinath via chopta. After relaxing in the hotel go for interesting sightseeing of Mana Village. Here visiting places are vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Charanpaduka, Bhim pul. The "Mukh" of the Saraswati river is also a visiting place. In the evening you can take a part in Aarti. During the night you stay in the hotel.

Day 10: Badrinath to Pipalkoti / Shrikot (N.S)
On 10th day at Pipalkoti you have to take a bath in Suryakund. Then go for temple darshan. After temple darshan return back to Hotel. After breakfast check-out from hotel and drive to Joshimath/Pipalkothi, Overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Rudraprayag / Delhi
From Rudraprayag in the Morning after having breakfast we will drive back to Delhi.
