The nearest railway station to Mount Abu is Abu road railway station, which is at a distance of 28 km from the main city. The railway track lies on the Delhi-Ahmedabad railway line. The railway station is connected with major metro cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. The major trains that run through are the Porbandar Express, Jodhpur Express and Ajmer Express.
