Best Time to Visit Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh generally has extreme weather with summers being too hot and winters being bitterly cold. The best time to visit Uttar Pradesh is between October and March. During these months, the weather is chilly yet pleasant enough for Uttar Pradesh tourism.

Winters (December-February) is the ideal time for visiting Uttar Pradesh. During these months, the temperature can drop to a minimum of 4°C.

Summers (April-May) are very hot in Uttar Pradesh and the temperature can reach up to a scorching 47°C. Most tourists stay away from visiting Uttar Pradesh during the summer months due to the extreme hot weather.

Monsoons (June-September) brings medium to heavy rainfalls to Uttar Pradesh. It is advisable not to visit Uttar Pradesh during these months as the roads are wet and slippery and prone to flooding.
