Cuisines of North India

North cuisine is a part of cuisine, from the region of Northern India which include cuisines of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar (Bhojpuri cuisine) as well as central region like Madhya Pradesh.

Most famous of all is the Mughal Cuisine. National, capital, Delhi is the place to enjoy this style in its best form.
