Day 01: Arrive Chennai
On arrival at Chennai Airport; our representative will escort you to the designated hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Chennai / Kanchipuram (76Kms.1.5Hrs) / Mahabalipuram (65Kms, 1.5Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast in the hotel explore the city. Visit Fort St. George, St. Thomas Mount, San Thome Cathedral and Kapaleeshwar Temple. Proceed to Kanchipuramby afternoon, which is 76 kilometres away or it takes two hours to reach there. Enjoy half day city tour of places including Kailasanthar Temple, Ekambareshwarar Temple, Vardarajanperumal Temple and Sakiswarar Temple. Late evening arrive Mahabalipuram and check into Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: MahabalipuramView of Shore Temple Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu
Enjoy city tour of Mahabalipuram. Visit places such as Shore Temple, the Five Raths, Arjuna’s Penance and Tiger cave. Spend rest of the day time in leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry (120Kms, 4Hrs drive)
Take breakfast in the coffee shop of the hotel and later depart for Pondicherry. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up visit the famous Aurobindo Ashram located 10 kilometres north of Pondicherry. The ashram promotes Aurbindo’s ideas in bringing about a synthesis of Yoga and modern science and unite the spirit (spirituality) and matter (materialistic things). Also, visit Auroville – a unique experiment in international living and creating a harmonious environment where men and women of different nationalities live together in peace. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Pondicherry / Trichy (200Kms, 5Hrs drive)
Post breakfast in the hotel drive down to Trichy. Check into hotelupon arrival. Visit Tanjoreen route. It was the capital of ancient state ruled by the Cholas. Tanjore is popular for its temples and paintings. Check into hotel upon arrival in Trichy by afternoon. After freshen up visit places in Trichy, including Rock Fort, Sri Ranganathaswamy and Jambukeshwara Temples. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Trichy / Rameshwaram (270Kms,6Hrs drive)
Take breakfast in the hotel and proceed to Rameshwaram. It is a vital pilgrim tourist destination just like Benaras (Varanasi). Here, the presiding deity is in the form of ‘Linga’ which is known by the name of Sriramanatha Swami temple. It is one of the twelve jyotirlingas. The grandest part of the temple is the 1219meter pillared corridor having 3.6 meter high granite pillars. They are well proportioned and carved. Visit Ramanathswamy temple, Sita Kund and Rama’s bridge among other places. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07: Rameshwaram / Madurai (180Kms, 5Hrs drive)The Meenakshi Temple, Madurai, Tamil Nadu
After breakfast drive to Madurai. Check into hotel upon arrival. After freshen up explore this 2600-years-old famous temple town of south India. Visit famous Meenakshi Temple, Mariamman Teppakulam (Great Tank) and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak in afternoon. You may revisit Meenakshi Temple for a prayer ceremony in evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08: Madurai /Kanyakumari (260Kms)
Have early breakfast in the hotel and proceed to Kanya kumari located at the southernmost tip of the Indian peninsula. It is the confluence of three large oceans viz Bay of Bengal, Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea.It is one of the best tourist destinations in India and has been rising in the map of tourist destinations due to its enchanting natural beauty and seashore. Visit Kanyakumari Temple – dedicated to Kanyakumari, the manifestation of the universal mother as a young maiden bride followed by Vivekananda Rock Memorial through ferry boat ride. Also, visit Gandhi Memorial-built to honour the Father of the Nation– Mahatma Gandhi.

Day 09: Kanyakumari – Kovalam (100Kms, 2.5Hrs drive)
Post breakfast in the hotel drive to Kovalam. Check into a hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Kovalam
Take your breakfast in a hotel. Relax and spend rest of the day in leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Kovalam / Alleppey (175Kms, 4.5Hrs drive)View of houseboat near Alleppey, Kerala
Have a lavish breakfast in the hotel and head towards Alleppey –a beautiful tourist village famous for backwater. It has the largest backwater in Kerala and is a habitat for many marine and fresh water fish and other species. It is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, which is also home to a wide variety of flora and fauna.
Check into a houseboat upon arrival. After freshen up explore the enchanting backwater view alongside palm trees. Enjoy a cruise ride in the backwater.

Day 12: Alleppey – Munnar (145Kms, 4.5Hrs drive)View of hillstation Munnar, Kerala
Breakfast aboard the houseboat and depart for Munnar. Check into hotel upon arrival. After freshen up visit Devikulam. It is an idyllic hill station and surrounded by natural bounty. Later, visit Mattupetty Lake. Spend rest of the day in leisure activities.

Day 13: Munnar – Cochin (135Kms, 3.5Hrs drive)
After breakfast in the hotel drive to Cochin. Check into hotel upon arrival. After freshen up enjoy half day city tour. Visit places such as Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets and Forts. Enjoy Kathakali dance Kathakali danceperformance during evening in Cochin.

Day 14: Cochin Airport Departure
After breakfast at hotel spend rest of the time in leisure activities till your scheduled departure to airport to board the flight for respective destination. This concludes visit to scenic places in south India.
