Dehing Patkai Wildlife Sanctuary
Covering an area of 111.19 sq km, Dehing Patkai is the only rainforest in Assam. This wildlife sanctuary in Assam has three parts – Dirok rainforest, upper Dihing River and Jeypore. The rainforest has a wide variety of flora which includes various species of orchids and bananas. It is also rich in its fauna, as there are more than 290 species of birds, 47 species of mammals, 47 reptile species and 30 species of butterflies.

Barbarua Maidam
Some 13 km from Dibrugarh, Barbarua Maidam is a renowned historical site in the city. The site has two main graveyards of two high-ranking officials from Ahom Dynasty. The size of their graves are quite large. Along with that, it also includes a number of graves of some other lower ranking officials. The Maidam beautifully reflect the royalty and aristocracy in their structure and design.

Namphake Village
