Akaula Region

Akaula Region Ranthambore is the most densely forested region in the wildlife reserve. It has a number of pools and waterholes which keep the temperature low at all times making it a perfect habitat for several species that thrives in a cool environment.

Akaula region in Ranthambore is the one of the coolest in Ranthambore park due to its rich plantation and high concentration of waterholes. The small water bodies are present in plenty here with a large variation in plantation spreading over a huge area. The cool and soothing environment makes it pleasant for many animals to live here.
